Order Cancellations

You can cancel your online order for item(s) purchased from Familings for a full refund. If you want to cancel the order, please contact our customer service at info@familings.fi. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item to us.

Return or exchange

You can return the items you bought if you are not satisfied with your purchase or the item you received is faulty. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for another product.

Important notes:

  • Items should be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items you return, should be unused and in original packaging.
  • The product is in your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • For full refund the returned items should be unused and in original packaging.
  • Shipping fees for returns is on your account, unless the goods are faulty or damaged upon arrival or you received the wrong product.
  • Items should be sent in their original packaging, marked as “returned goods”.
  • If any items are returned that were part of a multi-buy promotion, all items must be returned.

All refunds for items returned will be credited to the original payment card and/or PayPal account.

All mattresses sold by Familings will be subject to a 6 month guarantee.

  • We will offer a spare part, repair or replacement product free of charge where the Familings mattress goes wrong within the first 6 months of the guarantee validation date.  The choice of service is at Familings discretion. Pl

The guarantee covers:

  • All parts except fabric parts of the product
  • We will endeavour to provide matching fabric for repairs and/or spares, if this is not available we will provide coordinating colors.
  • Where a spare or repair is uneconomical, Familings will offer a replacement product.
  • Familings may inspect the product and verify fault before offering a spare, repair, replacement or refund.

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by non domestic use
  • General wear and tear, for example; worn fabrics, worn motor, torn fabrics.
  • Deliberate damage, misuse or neglect
  • Product which has been modified, undergone an unauthorized repair or used a non approved spare part.
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Matching accessories, e.g. sleeping bags, carrying bags etc.
  • Loss incurred as a result of not being able to use a product whilst waiting for a spare part or repair.

We can provide spare parts and repairs for damages which fall outside the scope of the guarantee. Prices are quoted on an individual basis. Please contact our customer service for any spare part order.

Keeping your baby asleep:

We will provide you with a courtesy mattress, subject to availability, whilst yours is away for repair.

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or misdescribed
